Every Wednesday from March, visit Hotel Monaco's Stratus Rooftop Lounge for a weekly pop-up celebrating various women-owned and operated culinary and beverage purveyors in the Philadelphia region and beyond. Each chef will present a menu of diverse, delicious small bites in addition to cocktails, brews, global wines, and pastries, plus live entertainment and an interactive meet & greet with featured chefs.
