Cindy Shaw
Owner/Founder of Paines Hollow Kitchen
Cindy is the owner and founder of Paines Hollow Kitchen. An active member of Sisterly Love Collective since 2023, Cindy joined the Sisterly Love Collective board in March 2026. As Fundraising Committee Chair, she leads efforts to secure event sponsors, program book ad placements, in-kind donations, and grant funding. Prior to Paines Hollow Kitchen, Cindy was a frontline fundraiser at an independent school and a geoenvironmental consulting engineer. Cindy earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering and certificates in food product development, entrepreneurship, and marketing. She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional and member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association.
