Ellen Yin is owner and co-founder of High Street Hospitality Group which operates Fork, a.kitchen + bar, High Street Philly, High Street on Hudson and High Street Provisions. High Street Hospitality Group was recently recognized by the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce for “Inspiring Excellence” for its social mission work during the pandemic which included feeding front line workers, hospitality workers and the food insecure as well as raising money for mental health programs for the hospitality industry. Ellen was nominated “Outstanding Restaurateur” by the James Beard Foundation in 2018 and 2019 and has been recognized for her collaborations with many talented chefs including Fork and High Street Hospitality Group partner Eli Kulp, a.kitchen Chef Eli Collins, High Street Chef Christina McKeough and others. The entire group boasts local and national accolades for their food and service. Ellen takes pride in mentoring team members and the list of well-regarded alumna include chefs, writers, general managers and beverage professionals through out the country.
